The Goal: Build consistency with fitness, nutrition, and mindset while establishing basic habits.

I will Conduct an initial assessment to help determine your nutrition & Training Plan needs.

Guide you to Learn the correct technique with exercises.

Give you Mindset Tips  & work on daily Habits such as Prepping meals & daily water intake.

The Momentum Phase

The Goal: Increase Strength & Energy whilst solidifying new daily habits.

Start to log workouts and focus on increasing strength with good form.

Take frequency to 4 days training a week if possible.

  Learn to master the meal plan and stay consistent

Education around about supplements.

 Incorporate Journaling daily for mindset.

The Goal: Strengthen your new daily habits and increase workout intensity while focusing on consistency.

  Focusing on progressive overload during your training Add in some failure sets.

Nutrition – Learn about nutrient timing intra/pre/post.

  Mindset – Reflect weekly.

Habit tracker to monitor water intake, and sleep 7-8 Hrs.

Cardio several days a week for longer durations

Implementing higher calorie days to fuel performance in the gym & Understanding why we do this.

Track workouts to push progress (weights lifted, reps completed).

The Goal: Overcoming challenges & setbacks, Focus fuels progress.

Keep focused with new exercises and continue to push past limits.

In person 1-1 session to overlook techniques and intensity.  

  Mindset - Revisit your “why” and remind yourself of how far you’ve come.


Reflect on challenges you’ve overcome to build confidence for future goals. Incorporate active recovery’s such as massages, saunas, cold showers.

Switch up training plan, with new movements & revisit physique goals.

How Much Does This Programme Cost?

This programme is a bespoke, 1:1 programme. So, once you've applied, we can go through the investment in more detail!

How Long Is This Programme?

Each phase will take you 1-3 months to complete. Depending on the speed of your individual progress, and ability to apply yourself to the programme.

How do you personalize the plans to fit my needs ?

We begin with an in depth consultation to understand your fitness goals, lifestyle and any limitations. From there we create a custom plan that evolves based on your progress and feedback.

How long does it take to see results ?

Many clients notice improvements in things such as digestion, energy, strength and mood within weeks sometimes days!

How many days do I have workout ?

This all depends on your availability as i can tailor this towards you but 3 days minimum is a great start.

Do I have to eat plain food ?

No, the way i design the meals will allow for variety and flavouring to ensure its enjoyable.
